Scope and Contents This collection consists mostly of correspondence between Colgate University Athletic Director William A. Reid and Colgate alumni serving in the armed forces during World War II. Reid generally provided updates on life at Colgate, while the servicemen and their families gave updates on their lives in the armed forces. Also included are a significant number of clippings.
