Historical Note
The Committee on Residence Records had three main responsibilities, as stated in a letter to the committee from Howard L. Jones on May 16th, 1952. They are to "prepare a report which describes the ideal living arrangement....the minimum living arrangement at Colgate and what we need immediately to bring us at least above the minimum and how we can get what we need".
