Biographical Note

Victor Burton Goodrich was a professional genealogist in Hamilton, New York, specializing in Madison County and Central New York genealogical research. He was a Lieutenant colonel (retired), U.S. Air Force.

Victor B. Goodrich died in September, 1995.
