Historical note
The Colgate Radio Club was formed in early 1914. In October of that year, they changed their name to the Colgate Physical Society and were active for the next few years. Like many departmental clubs, they appear to have disbanded during the World War I years. In or before the 1950s, the group was reorganized as the Physics Club.

"Maroon Man of the Week," Colgate Maroon, April 30, 1952.
